It's our anniversary!

11 years! It’s been a ride! My dream was to create a space where everyone feels welcome — no matter their nationality, age, religion, race, or background. A safe space built on mutual respect, where high-quality technique, creativity, fun, and humour could all come together and become part of what makes Movimiento special. 

We had our ups and downs, we survived Covid with being closed for group lessons for basically a year… We survived the economic crisis…and we are still here & growing. I am so very grateful for the past 11 years!

And I am incredibly grateful to all the students, dancers, teachers, parents & friends, who made Movimiento into what it is today. I have seen kids growing up to young teens, our students getting married, having new families… It’s amazing to be part of people’s lives & represent for them a place where they go to relax, learn, move, express themselves, laugh & connect… This is my way of making the world a better place. I believe - I know - dance makes people happier. And the more happiness - the better the world is!
